- For cutting wafer-fine paper fringes, suitable for paper strips of 6-9 mm. The result is small flower heads, borders, embellishments for gift packaging, invitation cards, scrapbooking
- Use the enclosed transparent threading aid (alternatively with a tweezer/quilling pen) to push strips of paper through the quilling fringer device all the way to the front
- By moving the lever evenly, fine fringes are continuously cut into the paper strips. The fringe length can be adjusted with the red plastic wheel on the edge, spacing approx. 0.5-1 mm
- For flower heads, the punched out strips of paper are rolled up with the help of a quilling pen and the end is glued together with paper glue. Gently remove the fringes

- Note- Use thick paper to cut. The paper is too thin and cannot be cut
